Dr. Wang received his Ph.D. degree in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), Hong Kong, and both his M.S. and B.S. degrees in Mechatronics from Xi'an Jiaotong University, Xi'an, P.R.China. He did his post-doctoral research at HKUST.
Dr. Wang is currently a Department Editor of IISE Transactions, Associate Editor of INFORMS Journal on Data Science, and on the Editorial Review Board for Journal of Quality Technology.
Dr. Wang has been actively involved in teaching, consulting, scholarly research, and service in the field of statistical quality control, quality engineering and management.
