    报告摘要🦁：

    The presentation will cover Dr. Choe’s recent research which has been conducted for his project and dissertation. He has been working on developing self-help technical websites to help users solve print defects in his project with Hewlett Packard in USA. In the presentation, he will explain the website development and its evaluation as well. He will more focus on his dissertation regarding a query translation-based cross-language diagnosis (Q-CLD) tool, which also helps users troubleshoot print defect as a supplementary tool in the website. The Q-CLD tool is originally designed for nonnative English users as a website localization approach.
